Navigating

 

The system is designed to be used by topics.  To view policy documents, simply click on the Table of Contents icon, select a folder or program, and choose your topic.

 

Click open the table of contents > Select a Folder > Choose your topic

 

 

Key Word Search

 

Click search > Type the desired word > Enter

 

 

Search by Phrases or Numbers

 

Click > Type a phrase or number in quotation marks > Enter

 

 

Filtering Search Results

 

When you do a search and receive many results, you can filter your results as follows:

Click filter search by programs > Select a program > Click

 

 

Printing a Whole Document

 

Click print the document displayed > follow your computer print prompts

 

 

Printing a Portion of a Document

 

  1. Select the area that you would like to print

  2. Right click > Print

  3. Click the Print Selection button

  4. Follow your computer print prompts

 

or

 

  1. Select the area that you would like to print

  2. Right click > Copy

  3. Open a new Word document

  4. Paste the copied information

  5. File > Print

  6. Follow your computer print prompts
